For too long the church has been known for what it is against. We want to be known for what we are for.
For Kankakee Co. & Beyond

Our Mission: Give, Serve, Love

We believe that God is for you and for our community! By giving to, loving, and serving others the way that Christ has loved us, we can champion individuals here in our community and around the world.

The FOR campaign is our annual generosity initiative, partnering with non-profit organizations we believe are doing incredible work. We support them through no-strings-attached generosity, and we encourage everyone to get involved! Your participation makes a direct difference in the lives of the individuals these organizations serve. There is a way for everyone to GIVE, SERVE, and LOVE our 2026 partners. Learn more below and take action to show you are FOR Kankakee County & Beyond!

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians 2:3-4

ANNUAL GENEROSITY CAMPAIGN

Meet our 2026 Partners

Every dollar raised during our "FOR" annual generosity campaign will be donated to one of the following organizations, helping them further their mission and impact.
Our goal is 100% participation, and our promise is 100% donation.

Let's Ketchup

The mission of Let's Ketchup is to ensure students and families have the support and resources they need to flourish in the classroom and beyond.

Since they began in 2022, they have helped to pay down student meal debt, stock school district Care Closets with food, clothing, and hygiene items, and brought a mobile food pantry to underserved communities, like Momence and Pembroke.

Your support through The FOR Campaign will help to fund their care closet initiative, bringing comfort, dignity, and nourishment to students in our area school districts.

Convoy of Hope

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children's feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. After a tornado hit Kankakee County in March 2026. they responded by transporting crucial supplies to our community.

To pay it forward, a portion of the funds raised through The FOR Campaign this year will go toward purchasing supplies for family hygiene kits to be sent to other disaster areas.

Our goal is to raise funds for 1000 family hygiene kits, which you will have the opportunity to pack at our S'more Kankakee County Fall Fest on Saturday, October 17.
