Giants - Sermon
Mar 8, 2026 • Paul Johnson
The Bible stories we learn as children are often centered around dramatic things such as floods, giants, and whales. But how does our elementary understanding of these stories hold up against our adult-sized problems in faith? Being overwhelmed, outmatched, or unsure whether God is still at work in your story is an underlying theme we can all relate to.
For three weeks this March, we will revisit some of the most dramatic accounts in Scripture, not to debate their size or scale, but to uncover their significance. These aren’t just stories about extreme weather, oversized enemies, or marine biology. They are stories about trust in the middle of chaos, courage in the face of fear, and grace that pursues us even when we run.
